The Elyria Public Library Community Paper Shred will take place on Saturday, August 12 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (or until the truck is full) in the EPL Central parking lot at 211 Second St. in Elyria. The Library is providing this opportunity to dispose of sensitive paperwork by having them shredded safely and conveniently by the Lorain County Solid Waste Management District. There is no cost to the public to participate.
Please do not bring cardboard or plastic to be shredded.
The Friends of the Elyria Public Library will also be on site for a book donation drop off day. Accepted donations are books, DVDs, CDs, and board games. No magazines or damaged items. You can also learn how to be a Friend, too!
