Join us as we dive into the world of the Allium...the onion. Leeks, onions, shallots - the whole lot. We will find out a little history, figure out when it's best to use which one, and try a few recipes to see what we like about this humble veggie that is the workhorse of the culinary world. Where would we be without the humble onion in our kitchen? I don't know about you...but I do not want to find out.
