This one-act show draws on Dickens' Christmas stories, his thoughts about the season, and some Dickensian Christmas history, exploring how he was influenced by some Christmas traditions and how he helped shape others. It also reflects the writer's enduring belief that "There seems to be a magic in the very name of Christmas."
