Keystone Friends

Keystone Friends Logo The purpose of the Friends is to support and cooperate with the library in enhancing services and facilities in the community. To accomplish this, the Friends shall maintain a membership of persons interested in the success of the Keystone-LaGrange Public Library; promote public awareness of library facilities, services and needs; encourage, solicit and receive gifts and bequests.

Book Donations | Accepted donations include gently used books, CDs, DVDs, games, puzzles, vinyl, and children's books. Magazines, encyclopedias, textbooks, cassettes, and VHS are not accepted. Donations will be accepted at the EPL Keystone location. Donations are also accepted at the following locations in LaGrange:

  • IGA
  • LaGrange Baptist Church
  • LaGrange United Methodist Church
  • Michelle's Cafe
  • Village of LaGrange Building Lobby

The last day donations will be accepted for 2024 is October 31, 2024.

Book Sale | The dates for the sale are November 14 - 17, 2024, at the LaGrange Municipal Building located at 301 Liberty Street in LaGrange. Follow the Friends Facebook page to stay up to date! 

  • Thursday, Nov. 14 @ 4 - 7 p.m. | Preview Day | $5 Entry for non-member. FREE entry for members.
  • Friday, Nov. 15 @ 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, Nov. 16 @ 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Sunday, Nov. 17 @ 12 - 4 p.m. | $5 Bag Day | Get 2 paper bags (provided) to fill up.

      • Children's and YA Books: 2 inches for $1
      • Paperbacks, CD's, Vinyl Records, Games, and Puzzles: $0.50

Membership | Everybody who uses the library is a friend, but some of us have come together to go one step further. We are making LaGrange and the Keystone area an even better place to live by building a local community organization to support our library’s mission to serve those who live and work in the Keystone school district by providing the best possible information and entertainment, arts and literature.
