Interested in adding some wild foods to your diet but don’t know where to start? Want to learn how to identify different plants in your garden for food or medicine? Curious about our local flora to feel better prepared in these rapidly changing times? This class is for you!

Join herbalists Lisa Harris and Nicki Schneider of Earth Wisdom Wellness for this crash course in foraging basics. We’ll share some of our favorite books, tips, protocol and etiquette as well as where to look, how to gather and prepare or preserve your harvest.

If weather permits and the stars align, we will be outside, in the garden, sampling some delicious wild edibles.

Registration is required. This program is intended for adults 18 years or older. We strictly adhere to our program age intentions. If you have any questions, please contact EPL.
