Join Alicia Wilson, RN and Energy Coach from Quantum Dream Weaving LLC as she gives us an Introduction to Energy Healing Therapies Energy healing therapies are rooted in a diversity of ancient cultures including the Ancient Indian Medicine, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). These complementary healing practices are important because our existence is all energy. We are energetic beings propelled by vital life force energy known as “prana” in the Ayurvedic tradition and “qi” in TCM. Life’s current stressors and past wounding can overwhelm our natural flow of prana. Maligned or blocked prana causes disease in our physiology and tissues creating tension, pain, mental, and physical ailments. Energy therapies help to make connections between our mind emotions and physical body.
